From the outset of selling three new build plots, Olly and his team made each of the sales a very smooth and professional process. The professional photographs were fantastic! From the first phonecall to the office to all three properties being built and sold, Olly, Chris and Gill were very helpful in their advice throughout; from marketing, to dealing with the financial advisers and solicitors on all sides. Whitegates were fantastic managing our buyer and helping us with a very difficult and lengthy process caused by our onwards purchase. They were professional and willingly stepped in on a number of occasions to sort out issues which occurred further up our chain, even though it wasn't technically their responsibility to do so.
