Memberships from 22 pounds per month so not in the same league as the big hitters such as dw etc but good for general fitness and weights not overly busy so no waiting for machines staff friendly equipment could do with updating but you get what you pay for

Our daughter enjoyed a fantastic party in Skyfall, the trampolining park above this gym. Friendly, helpful staff, good value for money and a clean environment which made superb use of the space. I would recommend this place without hesitation to anyone looking to organise a trampolining party.
Staff can be pretty unwelcoming apart from Roy and another guy Elliot. The place lacks any airflow so is usually baking hot and the machine offering is not great - one machine for glutes is marked 'ladies only' so you can kind of guess the rest from that. There are also no free bars for deads and squatting, only 1 3D Smith Machine.If you're looking for somewhere laid back to do some cardio and moderate lifting/weights alone then it's worth a look - very popular with older people looking to keep fit and younger people starting out/casually which is surprising considering its owner's history of weight lifting championships although there are a couple of serious guys in every now and then. There are classes but after 12 months of membership I was never once told about them or offered any information so not sure, these might be privately run.
