Had our suite reupholstered by this company, which had been previously re-upholstered to a very high standard by Rutland upholstery (unfortunately now not trading) We found that this was not the case this time as when we came to wash the cushion covers we found the zips to be of a substandard quality and in our opinion totally inadequate and undersized so much so that when we tried to put the covers back on each of the seat covers ALL the zips burst, I did ring the company back up and left a few messages but to no avail as none was replied to? I was willing to pay for a more substantial zip putting in, we found that with regards to the seating "Foam" certain cushions looked like they were of different standards to the others and to be honest in our opinion they looked old but this could be just us (I'm sure that Mayers will assure you otherwise) also the stitching as frayed on the piping of one of the cushions Overall the fabric seems of a decent quality and I am going to have all the zips replaced (unbelievably we have had a quote from another firm for six zips replacing at over 250) would I recommend this firm = No would I use them again = Definitely not but that is my opinion as I am sure they have "many satisfied customers"
